The law recognizes sexual and reproductive rights of citizens as an integral part of human rights, defines their content, and establishes guarantees for their realization. The law also provides for state guarantees and establishes a legal framework for accessing services related to the protection of sexual and reproductive health of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
