The law recognizes the sexual and reproductive rights of citizens as an integral part of human rights, discloses their content and establishes guarantees for their implementation. The law also establishes state guarantees and creates a legal basis for receiving services in the field of sexual and reproductive health of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
